  On the second floor you can learn mainly about vehicles through simulations of driving a variety of vehicles such as motorcycles and trucks in the “Waku Eco Motor Land,” and the “Bicycle Plaza.”
  The third floor is focused on energy, through the “Denki Factory,” showing the mechanisms of motor rotation and transmission, and “Atomic Station Geo-Lab,” which explains about electronic power. "

"You can also learn by playing, at “Science Stadium,” where experiments take place right before your eyes, and booths like “Construction World,” where you can learn about earthquakes and how buildings can withstand them.
Within the facility there is also a museum shop and restaurant. It seems that Rilakkuma and its friends were able to have and learn about technology while moving their bodies. The Science Museum, with its design to stimulate curiosity may be just the place to get kids interested in science."

"There is a cafe in the center of the store, and customers can eat and drink as they enjoy their purchased books. The menu ranges from a Cake Set including a sweet and drink, to a Special Beef and Cheese Curry, so even adults will be able to fill up.
The curry is made using roux from a popular curry shop in Jimbocho, which features complex spices and a rich flavor. Kids menu is also available, including “Kids Curry.” Rilakkuma and its friends had a relaxing break here. "

  NEW ITEM ZONE is the place to go to be the first to see new items featured for order on the official shop website “TAMASHII WEB SHOP.” An advantage of a shop operated directly by the brand is being able to see rare items early. "

• Rilakkuma and friends next visited the “Monozukuri-kan by YKK”. It is a facility where button and zipper maker YKK Corporation holds events and community workshops.

The first floor is a workshop floor where visitors can try making things such as arts and crafts. Besides workshops requiring reservations for making small items or clothes, there are also some that allow you to have an experience in a short amount of time. Rilakkuma and its friends heard there was a place where they could eat while looking at trains close up, and headed to RESTAURANT PLATINUM FISH mAAch ecute Kanda Manseibashi. It’s a restaurant operating at the location that used to be the platform for Manseibashi Station on the Chuo Line.

Besides the main menu featuring the deep and complex “Spice Curry,” and rich “Hamburg Steak,” there is also a “Weekly Seafood Saute” that features seasonal fish. The french toast is a popular rich dish, with ice cream on top of soft toast.

• Rilakkuma and its friends were especially excited by the full kids menu. The “Hamburg Plate,” “Curry Plate,” “Pasta Plate,” and “Omelet Rice Plate” sets including dessert, drink, and soup are served on a tray plate shaped like a train. Tokyo Character streetMeet characters from a variety of time periods at “Tokyo Character Street”

Next, Rilakkuma and its friends went to Tokyo Character Street, a collection of 31 shops located in the basement of First Avenue Tokyo Station, connected to the Yaesu Gate of Tokyo Station. Families will be able to enjoy the shops, which are feature a variety of characters, and include shops run by television stations and a shop for Shochiku kabuki goods.

At the Rilakkuma Store, you will be met by a Rilakkuma in concierge dress, which is specially made for Tokyo Station store. The collector’s bears are dressed in a classical outfit featuring a jacket, hat, and boots.

"There are a variety of stores, including a Pokémon Store, Ultraman World M78, Precure Pretty Store, and official shops of each television station.
There is also “Ichiban Plaza,” an event space where various events are held every two weeks. Rilakkuma and its friends looked very happy to have met so many different characters.
