Kanda Myojin Shirine, which has a splendid and stately shrine in the spacious site, is often used as a location and appears in dramas and films such as "VIVANT", "Long Vacation", "HERO", "Stepmon and Daughter Blues." Other than video works, it appears in an anime, "Love Live!" and is well-known as a mecca.

Kanda Myojin is located from five-minute walk from JR Ochanomizu Station, Subway Shin-Ochanomizu Station or Subway Suehirocho Station. It is a historic and prestigious shrine that will mark 1,300 years since its foundation in 2030.

At the First shrine, Ooanamuchinomikoto is enshrined, at the Second shrine, Sukunahikonanomikoto and at the Third shrine, Tairanomasakadonomikoto are enshrined. Inside the precincts,there are various facilities like the shrine designated as a Registered Tangible Cultural Property, a museum and Kanda Myojin Shirine Cultural Exchange Center, EDOCCO and so on.

Shohei BridgeAppears in a popular anime. Shohei bashi Bridge with impressive classical design.

Shohei bashi Bridge over Kanda River. The distinctive feature is its retro design with bricks and arched shape. The bridge appears in various dramas including "Amachan", "Do not say mystery" and "Quartet." Other than dramas, in anime, "Love Live!", in the fourth episode, a character visited Shohei bashi Bridge.

Around Shohei bashi Bridge through Kanda-Awajicho 2-chome and Soto Kanda 1 and 2 chome, there are well-established restaurants here and there. A 130-year-old Western-style sweets shop, Omiya Yougashiten, renowned soba restaurants, Yabusoba and Kanda Matsuya, a monkfish restaurant, Isegen and Botan, famous for chicken sukiyaki. The quaint exterior has often appeared in dramas and films many times like "Sniffer the Investigation Officer", "S–The Last Policeman", "Cover-Up Investigation" and so on. Other than detective dramas, it appears in "Marumo's Story Special" and "BOKURA NO YUKI~MIMAN CITY 2017" as a police box.

• Kanda-Sarugakucho Neighborhood Guardhouse, located five-minute walk from either JR Suidobashi Station or Subway Jimbocho Station. This place was built as Sarugakucho police substation around 1930 (Showa 5), and later it was used as a guardhouse of the community. In 2003 (Heisei 15), it was designated as Chiyoda City Important Landscape Structure for Town Development.

• At first, when they started using iron reinforced concrete for construction, a police box built with iron reinforced concrete was revolutionary. It is rare that the windows whose glass was fixed with putty into light blue steel sashes still remain in good condition.

TERRACE SQUARE, a complex centering on offices in Jimbocho. A part of exterior was the restored former building of HAKUHODO completed in 1930 and you can feel the atmosphere of the classical taste at that time. TERRACE SQUARE appears in a drama, "What Did You Eat Yesterday?" or "Takada General Real Estate."

• Commercial areas are on the first and second floors. On the second floor lies a food court, "TERRACE TABLE." On the floor, there are different kinds of restaurants such as Thai, Chinese, Robatayaki and the like. They renovated it in June, 2025 and you can use the place during idle time, except lunchtime and dinnertime and you can work on the table during idle time. In addition, nearby the entrance, a leafy square is equipped and it is recommended to take a break on the bench. It can be a nice place to take a breather during location hopping.

Science Museum introduces familiar science and industrial technologies. Through the exhibits and experiences, you deepen your knowledge of science technology. At the museum, hands-on programs like experiment shows and craft classes are held every day. This is a place where everybody from children to adults can enjoy learning.

• WORKS
• The film shot in this Science Museum is "Shin Godzilla." Its rooftop and the large elevator were used as a location (see Note). The rooftop is not open to public but just by walking looking at exhibits with distinctive atmosphere, you can feel the world of science. Note: Ordinarily it is prohibited to go onto the rooftop. The large elevator is operated on limited days only.

• At Illusion A inside the building, you can experience various kinds of illusions or optical illusions. At WORKS, you can generate a tornado and make giant soap bubbles. At Waku Eco Motor Land, you can simulate driving a car, motorbike and truck. There are a lot of hands-on exhibits. At this museum, you can enjoy learning and experiencing in the immersive space.
