Cafe, Dining&Bar 104.5, located on the second floor of WATERRACE TOWER, which is directly connected to Shin-Ochanomizu Station. This place has been produced by BLUE NOTE JAPAN. This is a Café and Dining where you can see their attention to details from dishes to the space.

There are 80 table seats and 10 counter seats inside. It has a brick and wood based natural and calm atmosphere. There are booths with sofas at the window so you can enjoy eating and chatting comfortably. You can use this place for various occasions including dining with your friends, a group use, a date and so on.

At lunchtime, they serve casual café style dishes taking in French taste such as pasta, salad, meat dishes, sandwiches and so on. They change their menu according to seasons, so each time you come, you can taste something new.
