"Juwari Soba Sagatani" is a high quality yet reasonably priced restaurant in the sprawling central districts of Tokyo! Their unique service offers 100% buckwheat noodles that are gluten free, high in flavonoids, and help balance your blood sugar far better than white wheat noodles. Their recipes are so delightful it would be hard to get tired of them even if you eat here everyday.
