vegan menu with a perfect balance of coffee.

  • GESHARY COFFEE is the first café in the world to serve only Geisha coffee, known as a special variety of rare coffee.
There are currently two vegan options on the menu, with other vegetarian options available, which are renewed seasonally.
All menu items are handmade by the pastry chef every day. The burgers are particularly popular, with their crunchy buns, spiced chili beans and plenty of vegetables. Their buns are made of fermented dough with lots of trials to reach the best.
  • We also recommend the salad wrap. The pastry chef made the recipe in consideration of the combination with the coffee served and it has a soft yuzu aroma and rich flavor from sesame seeds and white miso paste. This is the only place in the world where you can see the fully automatic specialty coffee machine [FURUMAI] in action! Many customers come from all over the world to enjoy the rare and exceptional flavors of this café’s coffee beans.

Also, each floor has a different theme. You can enjoy the special experience of viewing the Imperial Palace moat and the gingko trees from within the shop.
