FUNOHM HANZOMON, KOJIMACHI: COOKING TO KEEP YOU HEALTHY FOR THE NEXT 10 YEARS

A hidden restaurant with no sign in the front; located on the sixth floor of a building marked by a curry shop on the ground floor. The cozy cafe is filled with stuffed animals of Snoopy and other adorable characters that have been added to the shop by its regulars.

There are three lunch menus, all of which include a brown rice risotto. These reasonably priced lunch sets also come with burdock tea or coffee.

The base of the risotto and all of the side dishes do not include any animal products and they make the dishes vegan according to customers’ order. The restaurant also offers dishes that can be modified to accommodate customers on a vegetarian, vegan, and/or low-carb diet. Both the brown rice risotto and the side dish menu change daily.

There is no fixed menu for dinner. Customers can request what they would like and they prepare it for them. Feel free to request anything to your liking. 
 The menu changes depending on the customer and their dietary circumstances, but the one thing in common is that the dishes are designed to keep you healthy for the next 10 years. Come and enjoy the warm, thoughtful, homemade food.
