This is the entrance of the restaurant. In 1974, "Trader Vic’s Tokyo" opened inside Hotel New Otani Tokyo.

When you enter the restaurant, it feels like stepping into a tropical resort! The reason for the restaurant’s exotic atmosphere is their interior decor in Polynesian style – from wall to ceiling!

With its meaty patties, "Trader Vic's" special hamburgers are a pleasure to eat. Among them, "Vic's Bergeron Burger" features a hearty patty made of U.S. prime beef, topped with thickly sliced smoky spare ribs baked in the restaurant's wood-fired oven. It's a rich and aromatic hamburger accented with jalapeño and coriander.
