Sustainable Kitchen ROSY, whose mission is to "nurture the future together".
ROSY is a shop that proposes organic and other sustainable lifestyles through delicious food and a cozy space.
ROSY's food is handmade from selected ingredients, such as pesticide-free and chemical fertilizer-free vegetables from contract farmers in the Kanto region and natural eggs from heirloom farms.
The food is served with respect for a wide variety of lifestyles, thanks to the owner's experience in Portland, USA, which is known for its liberal and environmentally-conscious nature.
The menu is rich in glamorous and mouth-watering dishes that make good use of the colors and characteristics of vegetables. Some of them are vegetarian and vegan menus. Vegan options are available from starters to desserts, and full vegan courses can be booked in advance.
The owner's particular recommendation is the nut pate vegan roll. The nut pâté is rolled in seaweed with salad and dipped in shoyu with grated carrot. This is ROSY's original creation, a mixture of Japanese and Western flavors.
The restaurant also offers two types of falafel, beetroot hummus and other dishes with a robust flavor.
Vegetarian in this website means that no meat or seafood is used as an ingredient, while "vegan" means that no meat, seafood, eggs, dairy products, honey or other animal products are used as an ingredient.
