Gifu's goods are available in stores now , Gifu's gourmet food can be purchased in our participating cafes. The new location is a base for information on all things Gifu, and where you can purchase them conveniently located in Tokyo.
The café offers a variety of delicious menu items made with ingredients produced in Gifu Prefecture. The most popular item is "Seki Milk Soft Ice Cream" using "Seki Milk" from Seki City, Gifu Prefecture.

We recommend the fragrant aromatic Japanese Green pepper from Okuhida. They have carefully hand-picked the precious "Takahara Sansho" that grows only in Okuhida Onsen-go, Gifu Prefecture. It has an exceptional aroma, numbness and pungency, and is recommended for meat and pasta dishes.
Other products include sugar- and preservative-free juices, dried Ume plums made from Gifu Prefecture ingredients, and many other products that are good for your health and well being.
