Chocolatier Palet D’or Tokyo, located on the first floor of the Shin-Marunouchi Building, is directly connected to Subway Otemachi Station and Tokyo Station. This is a patisserie run by the exellent chocolatier SAEGUSA Shunsuke, who studied and trained at well-known patisserie such as the prestigious “Hotel Plaza Osaka” and the famous “Bernachon” in France.

At Chocolatier Palet D’or, they have facilities for the making of chocolate from the roasting of cacao beans to the processing of chocolate. Currently, the company operates 3 shops nationwide, in Tokyo, Ginza, and Osaka. The Tokyo shop, located on the first floor of the Shin-Marunouchi Building, also operates a salon with 33 seats. Customers can not only order takeout, but relish the delicately crafted confectioneries in the salon.

  • “Gateaux Set” (1,760 yen), one of the set menu of "Marriage Set", is a sumptuous combination offering your choice of cake with a drink and chocolate. Also on the menu are combination sets that pair the unique flavors of alcoholic beverages with chocolate, such as the “Whisky Set” (2,420 yen) and the “Champagne Set” (2,585 yen).
  • There are 2 types of parfait available at the Tokyo and Osaka shops. The “Perfect Chocolate Parfait” (2,310 yen) is a masterpiece of dedication, combining bitter chocolate made from cacao harvested in Trinidad and Tobago (70% cacao), 4 types of homemade chocolate, with an acidic accent of berries.

A rich and fulfilling selection of beverages are also on the menu, including the “Chocolat N’est-ce pas?!” (990 yen), a carbonated drink which fills the palate with the fragrance and flavor of refreshing chocolate, and the “Bean to Cocoa” (1,650 yen), made with high-quality cacao beans and cacao powder.
Also, during lunch hours, customers can enjoy the bargain “Palet D’or Lunch” (1,100 yen), which offers a choice of panini (from 3 types of bread), soup, salad, and beverage. The “Bean to Cocoa” can be selected as their beverage as well.
