BAR Oak was born in 1989. A former hotel room has been renovated and turned into a bar. It reopened when the Tokyo Station Hotel was renovated in 2012. Locating right by the station dome, the bar is crowded with the people of Marunouchi, Tokyo.

The interior is surrounded in brick-colored downlights and glittering bottles are lined up on the counter. BAR Oak is the only place where you can enjoy a drink while gazing at the red bricks of the original station building. The uncompromising interior and the relaxing space that makes use of the texture of wood will thrill visitors.

More than 90 different kinds of whisky from all over the world are available at BAR Oak. It has been loved not only by tourists, but also by office workers in Marunouchi and those who used to work near the station. Tokyo Station Hotel's original cocktail, "Tokyo Station", was created by the hotel's famous bartender, Hisashi Sugimoto. The pale orange color like a red brick along with the sweetness of the refreshing herb will make your eyes and your mood brighten up. It's a masterpiece that will make you happy. It is inspired by the pine trees in the plaza at Tokyo Station and is served with a lime.
