Sugi-no-ma, Ishi-no-ma (private room, 12 seats, 8 seats)
The table in Sugi-no-ma is made of cedar grown in Oita Prefecture, and the top board of the table is "Uzukuri" processed to emboss the tree rings. The windows are accented with Beppu bamboo shades, kabosu downlights, and traditional "kote-e". Ishi-no-ma is floored with limestone (tuff), and at the back of the front, there is a furniture manufactured in the early 1900s. For dinner, enjoy a course menu with a Japanese taste and a la carte dishes using ingredients directly from the region.
