It is located in Hibiya Park surrounded by business districts such as Yurakucho, Ginza, and Kasumigaseki.It is a cultural complex that combines "library" for reading books and doing research, "Museum" for seeing the exhibition of history or various cultural information, and "College" for attending various lectures and events.In the exhibition room for the permanent collections on the first floor, you can find the history and cultural properties of Chiyoda City, and in the special laboratory on the fourth floor, you can also come in contact with old books from Meiji and Taisho period. There are also cafe and restaurant.
