One of the most notable features is the kitchen car that changes daily during the lunch hour. When the terrace is open to pedestrians, tables are set up on the street so people enjoy their lunches in the sun. Marunouchi is also one of the most popular illumination spots in Tokyo. During the winter, more than one million LEDs illuminate Marunouchi Naka-dori Street."
