TOKYO KOTSU KAIKAN, directly connected to Subway Yurakucho Station, is a complex that has various kinds of restaurants, antenna shops from all over Japan, a passport center and offices.

At TOKYO KOTSU KAIKAN, there are more than 100 various kinds of shops in a row. Inside the building, spaces from the first basement to the 3rd floor are used as commercial facilities and there are a gallery, restaurants, antenna shops, a bookstore, a variety shop, a variety shops and so on. On the 3rd floor, the roof top garden surrounded by greenery, Colline has been developed. From the 4th and the 11th floors, there are offices and on the 12th floor, an event hall is fully equipped. You can find a unique shop, Japanese Sword Specialty Shop Ginza Seiyudo, which exhibits and sell Japanese swords and armor and helmet.

On the 15th floor lies Ginza Sky Lounge produced by Tokyo Kaikan. Fro 50 meters high, you can have a view of streetscape of Marunouchi and Ginza. They serve traditional French cuisine and modern-arranged dishes only this restaurant can offer. At lunchtime, from course dishes to casual set menu, they have various kinds to choose from.
