On the right side of the south entrance of the Nanko Rest House is a store where you can buy souvenirs of visiting the Imperial Palace, traditional Japanese crafts, as well as products related to the Imperial Palace such as Japanese sake and sweets. Electronic money or credit cards are also acceptable.

- Kokyogaien Dorayaki
It is one of the original products of the Kokyogaien. Dorayaki, one of the most popular Japanese confections, is filled with red bean paste made from azuki beans from Hokkaido and branded with a chrysanthemum pattern on the dough.

The store has a variety of rare sake, such as the "Nijubashi" series from Tokyo's long-established sake brewery, Toshima-ya, as well as sake produced by Ota Shuzo, a descendant of Dokan Ota.
