Founded in 1905, Mimasuya is located in a quiet place, but there is a long line of people waiting around 5:00p.m.
The name of the restaurant comes from the fact that the owner of the restaurant at the time of its opening was given an auspicious name by a shrine in Asakusa.

The interior of the restaurant is much larger than it looks at the entrance.
You can eat and drink in a variety of styles, including table seating with a good view and tatami mat seating.

The specialty is sashimi of horse meat.In winter, you can also enjoy nabe (hot pot), and the loach displayed on the lantern outside can be eaten at "Yanagawa" or "Maruni" nabe.
Fugu (blowfish) sashimi and hot pot are also recommended.
