Tokyo Kaikan is located three-minute walk from Tokyo Station, it is a historic social gathering place with prestigious banquet halls and luxurious restaurants.

Tokyo Kaikan was established in 1922, Taisho 11 as a "a world-class facility, open to all, serving as a gathering place for people." With the postwar reconstruction, many international conferences, luncheons and dinner parties for state guests were held in this building. In January, 2019, the third building Marunouchi Main Hall reopened and marked its 100th anniversary.

A total of eight shops operate within the Tokyo Kaikan complex, including six restaurants that have been in operation since the first and second main restaurants and now two more have been added. There are a total of 13 banquet rooms, including large, medium, and small banquet rooms. They can be used for various situations such as meetings, events, and wedding receptions. The Main Banquet Hall can accommodate up to 2,000 people, can be used for large-scale events such as international conferences. In addition, the wedding hall offers Japanese and Western-style ceremony spaces. There are two types of wedding halls to choose from: one with floor-to-ceiling glass walls, providing an open and airy atmosphere, and the other is shrine, which is desenshrined from Isumo Taisha, the first in Tokyo. Couples can select a venue that best suits their wedding style.
