HIBIYA Matsumotoro was founded in 1903 as a Western-style restaurant, which was rare at the time, and has a long history, opening at the same time as Hibiya Park.
Surrounded by trees in the middle of Hibiya Park, this Western-style restaurant is still popular for lunch and anniversary dinners, with a Western-style restaurant on the 1st floor and an authentic French restaurant on the 3rd floor.
