Coffee and Onigiri PAMOJA, where you can taste rice balls with carefully selected rice and it satisfies your body and mind.

Coffee and Onigiri PAMOJA, 4-minute walk from Subway Jimbocho Station. In this café, rice balls are main dishes and their rice balls are gentle to your body. You can taste rice with carefully selected rice and Obanzai (traditional home cooking of Kyoto) with selected materials.

Under the theme of "Satisfy your stomach and mind", Coffee and Onigiri PAMOJA opened in February, 2023. Inside the restaurant, there are eight counter seats and two tables for two persons, totally twelve seats. You can see upholstered chairs with African cloth line up and pop, clean and tidy space spread.

They use rare rice and specially cultivated rice for rice balls. The rice they use is sweet and fluffy and hard to get in Tokyo. Their lineups on the menu are from such traditional ingredients as "Ume Okaka" (Plum and finely chopped dried bonito) and "Shiosaba" (Salted grilled mackerel) to "Fresh Pepper", which gives you direct flavor of rice. They also serve "Maguro Kombu" (Bonito and kelp), "Full of Fresh Tarako" (Salted cod roe) and "Iwashi no Shoga-ni" (Boiled sardines with ginger). They make rice balls on-order, so you can enjoy just-made rice balls.

Coffee and Onigiri PAMOJA also serves a dish on a plate consisting of rice balls, Obanzai and soup. "Balanced plate with plenty of vegetables" is their popular staple menu with rice balls, deli with plenty of vegetable and main dish that you can choose. You can also order their Obanzai separately. They have various kinds of dishes on the menu that go well with rice balls such as "Red wine char-siu pork", "Chicken ham with seasonal topping" and "Boiled Japanese chicken liver with ginger."

Coffee and Onigiri PAMOJA has a wide variety of desserts on the menu like "Seasonal muffin", "Coffee jelly" and "Compotes with seasonal fruits." It's recommended to have "Mr. Kadowaki's PAMOJA original blend" for which coffee beans carefully selected by Japan's best barista, Mr. Yuji Kadowaki. They make coffee using beans within a month after they were roasted because they say they can serve the best coffee.

At Coffee and Onigiri PAMOJA, you can taste rice balls carefully make one by one. They are going to start breakfast menu after the middle of March, it is recommended you visit the restaurant before going to work or school. If you want to replenish your energy, just visit Coffee and Onigiri PAMOJA.
