A cluster of sporting goods shops is situated in the section of Yasukuni-dori Ave. between Surugadai-shita and Kanda-ogawamachi. All sorts of equipment for baseball, running, climbing, skiing and snowboarding can be found in numerous specialty stores. Kanda sports festival is held in the autumn along with the Kanda Curry Grand Prix, and in the winter there is a snowman festival in Kanda-ogawamachi.
