The basic cuisine of the Luncheon is definitely "Western food". The menu is full of the classic Western-style dishes, such as omelet rice wrapped in rich butter and eggs, fried prawns with a crispy batter that peeks out from the plate, and beef stew in a delicately simmered demi-glace sauce.
