The original staple menu, Calorie-yaki, is served on a hot griddle with Italian pasta, topped with beef belly and organic onions seasoned with Aomori garlic, soy sauce from Aizuwakamatsu and Rubaiyat's white wine from Katsunuma, and served with rice.
