60th Kanda Secondhand Book Festival, specialty of Tokyo
This fall marks the 60th "Kanda Secondhand Book Festival". It is an event that many readers from Japan and abroad visit as an autumn feature.

    Once a year, 1 million books are on sale! On the sidewalks of Yasukuni Street, there is a 500 meter "The Corridor of Books" surrounded by bookstores and bookshelves!

    From Friday, October 25 to Monday, November 4 10:00~19:00(Last day~18:00)
     *The event will be cancelled if it rains.

  • Spot sale exhibitions of selected secondhand books
    An exhibition and sale by volunteers from a secondhand book store in Jimbocho. This event is a collection of precious books from inside and outside that are rarely seen, from old books to original handwritten materials, to the first edition in modern times. Find your treasure here!
