雨天や強風などでボート場が休場になった場合に限り、後日、料金を全額ご返金いたします。
ご返金は、千代田のさくらまつり夜桜ライトアップ期間終了以降、順次行われますが、
お客様へのご返金完了のタイミングにつきましては、ご利用のクレジットカード会社の規定に準じますことをあらかじめご了承ください。

A full refund will only be issued later if the boat pier closes due to rain, strong winds, or similar conditions.
Refunds will be processed in due course once the nighttime illumination period for the Chiyoda Sakura Festival has ended.
